Our home is a brand new custom build, showcasing carefully curated design features! This modern farmhouse offers an open floor plan and ample seating to gather & visit. The maplewood dining table expands to seat 8, while the gourmet kitchen island hosts 5 seats. 

You'll find respite in one of our 4 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each one having its own ensuite full bath (all king or queen memory foam mattresses, new flat screen TVs). The primary (king) is on the main floor; upstairs you'll find the remaining 3 (1 king, 2 queen) plus the loft.

 The spacious back porch is a great place to relax and take in beautiful views of the foliage as it springs into bloom. Take a lovely stroll to Riverside Park via our neighborhood access where you can play tennis, or rent kayaks to paddle Betty's Branch & the Savannah River. If you have a larger group in need of 4 more rooms, ask about adding our next door neighbor's home (4/4). Enjoy relaxing in and around this pool oasis with plenty of seating, including a brand new 6 top, 6 chaise lounges, and bistro set.Let us know how we can make your stay more pleasant!
